Choose To Be Joyous

You think that your joy is dependent on whether there is world peace, whether the children are fine, whether the partner is happy, whether the parents are ok, whether the dog is healthy, whether you have a good job, whether there is money in the bank, whether, whether, whether.

And you put all these rules on whether you can feel joyous or not.

The truth is joy is a choice.

.

Just a simple little choice.

.

One you can make right now, regardless of what is happening in your external reality.

One that will enable you to make better decisions about what to do next because you are more in sync with the Divine when you are allowing yourself to experience higher level emotions like joy.

You have access to divine wisdom when you choose to feel joy.

.

And again, my love, it is a choice.

.

Each moment, you can choose joy.

.

You can check in with yourself and keep coming back to joy.

.

You can slap a silly grin on your face and sing yourself a happy tune, even if the world is falling apart around you and the chances are that you will be the one that spots the escape route.

Rather than joining in with all the moaning marthas who can only see things that affirm their choice to be sad.

.

AWAKEN to the power of choice within you.

.

You can feel whatever the heck you want to feel.

.

Please choose something that empowers you.
