How to Discover Yourself In 15 Minutes

To my surprise, it hasn’t taken as much work as I thought.

Let me ask you something.

Have you ever tried to discover the real you?

I know that sounds about as cliche a question can get. But hear me out, because this question turns out to be more common than some of us realize.

Over the last year, I have been doing something that I, at first, failed to see— until recently. I’m delighted to share with you what that is and how you can hopefully apply it to your life.

If you answered yes to that question, you are probably normal. If you answered no, my guess is you didn’t really take a second to think about it, because most people struggle with this very thing.

Your thoughts are a great way to find out who you are. And time alone with your thoughts is how you discover yourself, your true interests, things you cannot stand, what drives you forward.

It can be a little scary at first — at least, it was for me. Truth be told, I still get shocked sometimes with what I see.

Just last week, I realized that I still have a passion for kids. I grew up going to the Boys & Girls Club, so you can say this started fairly early in my life. During this time, I went from being one of the…
