How to Break the Habit of Being Yourself?

Set you free from what you think you are.

Imagine that the concept of ‘you’ is just an illusion. This definition of what you think you are is just a limitation you have unconsciously built for yourself.

What if you give yourself the permission of stepping outside of your own limitation? Thinking in an extraordinary way, doing things in new way, being different.

As Einstein said:

Growth comes along with change.

Today, you can decide to start a revolution. The first day of a transformational journey. No need to go to the extreme, start with small changes, but regularly. I mean every day, as from now. A small change every day. Going out of your routine, out of your regular habit, out of anything you are familiar with.

Many things are not comfortable, because you don’t like it, as you can’t see the pleasure in it. Maybe because you don’t understand it or because you are used to look at it with the same perspective.

Some situations are also out of comfort. Staying still and quiet for 15 minutes, alone, with no TV, no music, with the eyes closed. Call it meditation or a silent moment. Turn off all the noises and distractions around you. This is a real challenge for many people. It can also be the opposite for others: being surrounded by people in public transports for example. These situations that you may have learned to avoid, may bring new teachings for you if you apprehend them with a new attitude.
