Things are unpredictable!

There is a war happening. The stock market has been in the red. Crypto remains volatile. Fiat currency is being printed in excess and therefore losing value. Jobs are taking advantage of workers and employees are tired. Here we have a few points which support portfolio diversification.

Although, it is no longer common to hear about investing in precious metal, it is still occurring.

Sound money is God’s money. This ‘currency’ is tried, tested and remains true.

History has shown that precious metal holds value despite what is happening in the market.

Most investments are relatively transparent, which is a fit for this microwave society where quick, fast and in a hurry is the ideal delivery preference for many. Precious metal has the additional benefit of being tangible.

Like most things in life, there are disadvantages and advantages with precious metal investing.

This asset has been around for several hundred years.

Unlike fiat money, precious metal is not destroyed when the government intervenes or in a fire.

To name a few, Venezuela, Ukraine and Zimbabwe were casualties of the most coveted paper losing its worth and this had nothing to do with a natural disaster.

It would be idealistic to believe other countries will not suffer the same fate at some point.

Not even countries that start unprovoked wars are immune.
