Dylan Enright Joins The Org as Head of Growth

In his role as Head of Growth, Dylan is responsible for The Org’s customer acquisition and retention strategies.

When asked about what attracted him to the position, Dylan said, “Eventually, The Org will be the gathering place of our most important community: the workplace. The Org will become one of those few things that almost everyone in the world uses everyday to find their calling and build relationships at work. And I want to help.”

Dylan has led seed rounds in over 200 companies and some of his favorite investments include Meow Wolf and Ben & Jerry’s Ice Cream.

A native of Park City, Utah, Dylan enjoys outdoor activities like skiing, white water rafting, and biking. He also has a keen interest in visual art, cooking, angel investing, and reading political biographies.
