This publication is being born after some time of kicking around the idea of writing about midlife on Medium. The midlife niche seems to be underrepresented and underserved here. Let’s change that — together.

The content of this publication is geared towards those who have gotten established in life and been around the block — a few times.

After doing some informal research and polling, we’re going to define midlife as 40ish to 60ish. All are welcome here though. If you are a little younger or older, jump right in.

Please follow this publication for real talk about things midlife people may be thinking about and experiencing. From physical and emotional changes to what the future holds, we will cover it here.

In this space, we hope to encourage community and kindness. Hopefully, we can encourage a few laughs also. No judgment, no hate, just muddling through the middle together found here.
