FIXING A HOME GARDEN

FIXING STUFF LOCATIONS: Yesterday, as I was going through my house’s front gate, I saw that my garden was quite dirty, with tree leaves scattered over the space. I didn’t like the appearance of the garden since there are many lovely flowers that give a sense of aliveness, which is harmed by dead leaves that fall on the ground.

FIXING REQUIREMENTS: Now that I’ve figured out what basic tools are needed for maintaining and cleaning the garden, I grab the following MOB, which I used to collect all of the leaves from the ground in one area. Second, I require the garbage Picker as a picking tool for collecting leaves.

AMAZING FIXING STUFF RESULTS: I cleaned the trash and the garden is now spotless, which looks quite good and gives off an enticing sense of life, as seen in the diagram below.

FEELINGS AFTER COMPLETION OF TASK:

After learning about my garden, I truly feel better, and every time I go to the garden, it will enhance the beauty of nature that has been harmed by garbage scattered across the garden. So, let me ponder for a moment why I am performing this duty. Because no one has really asked me to do this chore, I’ve realized that it gives me a sense of leadership in my overwork, as I’ll be acting as a leader without having any power to tidy my garden. The main point I want to make is that if you decide you want to be a leader, begin by taking little steps in your immediate environment that will instill a sense of responsibility without requiring any power. I have a habit of repairing things on my own, which reflects my lack of authority.

LEADERSHIP AND EVERYDAY LEADERSHIP APPROACH:

My fixing stuff work is related to the leadership approach in the sense that leadership learning begins at a very basic level, which is just a game of thinking, and when you have an inner belief that you are the only one who has the capability to dis task, it automatically removes the thought of “why” (Why would I do that task?) from your mind.
